New video! Illustration Lighting and Shading Fundamentals In this tutorial video I start with the very basic principals behind lighting in illustration whether it be digital or traditional. You need to start by understanding what you see and there is no better way to do that then observe the world around you. IMPORTANT* This isn’t about being perfect it’s about understanding. For you to understand the “language" of art you need to learn the vocabulary. Otherwise you couldn’t completely understand what I’m saying so do some research on understanding what “value" “hue" and other words I use in explaining these fundamental principals.
